To help you plan your layout, all gang sheets are printed 15 inches wide. For best use of space, we recommend rotating designs sideways if they are taller than they are wide.

✅ Your 5-Point File Check 1. 300 DPI at actual print size A 12" wide print needs about 3,600 pixels across. Size your file for the print, not for the screen. 2. Don't upscale small images Stretching a web or screenshot image creates blur and pixelation (blocky, jagged edges), and it prints exactly that way. 3. Use a transparent PNG background Anything that isn't transparent will print, including white boxes. 4. Send vector files when you have them AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF files stay sharp at any size. 5. Zoom to 100% before uploading If it looks soft or jagged on your screen, it will look that way on the shirt |
